I've been on a health kick lately so I'm so excited to see all the healthy food choices you put on here. I've also been learning German at my University the past two semesters and I am going to move there after I graduate so any German on your blog helps me out too!!! :)

it’s been a while since I’ve been on here. I’m sorry for that. To be completely candid, I fell off the healthy lifestyle wagon when I started dating again, and I fell off even harder when he disappeared and moved back to London without saying a word to me. So, I spent a few weeks pulling myself together, and vacationed recently in South Africa for two weeks. After some sunshine and a reintroduction to lighter eating, I’m ready to try to eat more reasonably and start exercising regularly again. Since last updating, I’ve also moved cities. I switched from living near Frankfurt am Main to now living in a small city near the border of Luxemburg in Rheinland-Pfalz. Just went grocery shopping for the first time here, and found an amazing Bio (organic) grocery store. Very, very excited about that! 

I hope you guys haven’t given up too much on me, I’ll try updating myfitnesspal as I can. I need this blog for sanity.

I haven’t been keeping up with my lifestyle in the way that I should and I always feel guilty blogging if that’s the case. (Dating someone regularly makes this a lot harder! Not food-wise, but meeting up for drinks, going out with his friends, etc.) I have re-gained just a pound, but I plan on fixing that. Just tonic water with a lime for me this week if I can help it.

I’ll get back to blogging/myfitnesspal soon. Promise. <3

I spent the night at the guy I’m dating’s apartment, and he admitted to being nervous around me because he’s “intimidated.” He pointed at my body and said “Christ, just look at you!”

If only he knew this is the heaviest I’ve ever been! Either way, swoon. Body confidence +1. Weirdly it only motivates me to work harder haha.
